Role Description

Qualifications

  • Sales Management and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and monitoring market trends
  • Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to conduct training sessions and regular meetings
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for preparing sales reports and performance analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the glass industry or related field is a plus
