Role: Senior Client Manager (Cybersecurity & IT Infrastructure – BFSI Focus)

Role & Responsibilities:


• Strategic Client Relationship Management (BFSI Focus): Build and maintain long-term

relationships with enterprise clients in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI)

sector, engaging with CXOs and senior stakeholders to understand industry-specific

challenges and align them with Invecto's IT and cybersecurity solutions.


• Business Growth & Sales Leadership: Drive new business development and account

expansion within BFSI, with a strong focus on cybersecurity and cloud security. Leverage

market insights and regulatory knowledge to craft tailored solutions that address

compliance, risk, and resilience requirements.


• Cybersecurity Expertise: Lead strategic conversations with BFSI clients on advanced security

solutions including endpoint protection, firewalls, threat intelligence, cloud security, and

secure access service edge (SASE). Act as a trusted advisor on cybersecurity transformation

within financial services.


• Executive Engagement: Represent Invecto at BFSI-focused industry events, roundtables, and

executive forums to expand visibility and thought leadership.


• OEM & Partner Ecosystem Management: Strengthen strategic alliances with OEMs such as

Palo Alto, Fortinet, CrowdStrike, Zscaler, and Netskope to co-create value for BFSI clients.


• Account Leadership & Ownership: Take full ownership of BFSI accounts — from solution

penetration and cross-selling to renewals and digital transformation initiatives. Ensure high

client satisfaction through governance, quarterly business reviews, and proactive support.


• Leadership & Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior client managers and

inside sales teams. Collaborate closely with technical and pre-sales experts to deliver

innovative solutions tailored for BFSI clients.Skill Set Required:


• Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business, IT, or related field.


• 10–15 years of proven experience managing enterprise clients in the BFSI sector.


• Strong understanding of BFSI regulations, risk management practices, and digital

transformation trends.


• Deep expertise in IT Infrastructure & cybersecurity domains including cloud, networking,

threat management, and compliance.


• Proven success in consultative, solution-based selling with large BFSI accounts.


• Strong executive presence with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation

skills.


• Ability to influence C-level stakeholders and navigate complex BFSI buying cycles.


• Leadership skills with experience in mentoring and managing teams.
