  1. Meeting new investor and giving them Franchise knowledge and opening a New prestige exclusive store in FOFO Model
  2. Knowing about COFO and FOFO model
  3. Daily traveling and handling assigned territory store operations and not sitting in on store
  4. Retail Sales Officer role for TTK Prestige ltd not for one store

Job Responsibilities

  • Acquisition of franchisees for Prestige Xclusive program in the identified towns , make cold calls and locate franchisees and open new franchises
  • Handle the whole process from franchisee acquisition to start up
  • Monitoring the performance of the franchisees on parameters like Transaction value, Loyalty program enrolment & redemption etc
  • Implementing company initiatives to improve sales / drive footfalls
  • Conceptualizing and implementing marketing program to make the franchisee successful
  • Retail activations at the stores to improve sales
  • Ensure the store is run as per company laid down norms and standards
