Job Overview:

Advantal Technologies Ltd is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to

develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital

channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools, trends,

and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to

execution.

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and execute result-driven digital marketing strategies to enhance brand

visibility and lead generation.

 Manage all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing,

content marketing, and social media.

 Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook,

and other relevant platforms.

 Conduct keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, and competitor analysis to

improve organic rankings.

 Optimize website performance, landing pages, and user experience for better

conversion rates.

 Monitor and analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable

insights.

 Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure cohesive

branding and messaging.

 Stay updated with the latest industry trends, digital marketing technologies, and best

practices.

Key Skills & Competencies:

 Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media

marketing.

 Hands-on experience with marketing tools like Semrush, Zoho, and Mailchimp etc.

 Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

 Proficiency in content marketing, email marketing, and paid ad campaigns.

 Strong understanding of web technologies and CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal,

etc.).

 Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

 Excellent communication and leadership skills.
