Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven
SEO Specialist
to manage all search engine optimization activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings, drive organic traffic, and enhance overall online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for search engines.
  • Perform technical SEO audits and implement necessary fixes (site speed, mobile responsiveness, crawlability, indexability).
  • Manage on-page SEO elements such as meta tags, headers, internal linking, and schema markup.
  • Build and implement off-page SEO strategies including link building and outreach.
  • Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with content writers, designers, and developers to ensure SEO best practices are applied.
  • Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking strategies.
  • Proficiency in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with local SEO and Google My Business optimization.
  • Knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
  • Understanding of PPC and SEM campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads).
  • Familiarity with content marketing strategies.
