HR/Payroll Executive

- Manage and oversee the end-to-end payroll process, including calculations, deductions, and reconciliations
- Administer employee benefits, such as medical insurance and retirement plans
- Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws
- Handle all aspects of onboarding and offboarding employees, including documentation and orientations
- Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of payroll and personnel records
- Resolve employee inquiries and issues related to payroll, benefits, and time off
- Coordinate with finance and accounting departments to ensure timely and accurate payroll disbursements
- Prepare and analyze reports on payroll costs, headcount, and turnover rates
- Stay updated on changes in labor legislation and industry trends to ensure legal compliance
- Collaborate with management to address employee performance and development needs
- Utilize ADP software or similar HRIS for payroll processing and HR management
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Participate in the recruitment and selection processes as needed
- Conduct regular training sessions on HR policies and procedures for employees
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all payroll and HR-related information
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in payroll processing, HR administration, or related roles
- Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in using ADP software or similar HRIS platforms
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy in payroll calculations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Solid knowledge of employee benefits and retirement plans administration
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in payroll or HR management is a plus
- Problem-solving skills and proactive approach to addressing challenges
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for data analysis
- Experience with performance management and employee relations is preferred
- Understanding of payroll tax regulations and reporting requirements
