industry.

**Position**- Payroll Executive
**Location** - Makarpura, Vadodara,
**Experience-** 3years - 5 Years
**Education-**MBA or a related field.

**Skills Required**:
Good communication skills, written and oral.
Good interpersonal skills.
Software: Proficient in payroll software, such as Saral.

**Roles and responsibilities**:
1. Process payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely payment to
employees.
2. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies,
including tax laws, labour laws, and data protection regulations.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records, including employee data,
salary information, and benefits.
4. Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans,
and other benefits.
5. Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to ensure payroll accuracy and
compliance.
6. Provide excellent customer service to employees, responding to payroll
- related queries and resolving issues promptly.
