Role & responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding candidates.
  • Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.), networking, referrals, and social media platforms.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews, evaluate technical and cultural fit, and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment reports.
  • Coordinate with HR and business teams for offer negotiations, documentation, and onboarding formalities.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in IT hiring and recruitment tools

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 13 years of experience in IT recruitment (either in a consultancy, staffing firm, or corporate environment).
  • Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and job boards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
