We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Engineer with 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in managing IT infrastructure and security solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in asset management, firewall administration, mobile device management (MDM), data loss prevention (DLP), IoT device integration, Microsoft 365 administration, and security monitoring tools such as SIEM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Asset Management
  • Maintain and track IT assets across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with asset lifecycle policies and software licensing.
  • Security & Infrastructure Management
  • Configure, monitor and maintain network devices such as Firewall, Routers and cloud EMS.
  • Manage and support data protection of company and devices such as MDM and DLP.
  • Administer Active Directory (AD) including user/group management and access control.
  • Monitor and analyse logs using SIEM and Syslog tools for threat detection and incident response.
  • Integrate and secure IoT devices within the enterprise network.
  • Application and Technical Support
  • Offer L1/L2 support for desktop systems, email services (M365), and web applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Provide technical assistance for internal and client-facing websites and applications.
  • Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, incidents, and resolutions.
  • Assist in creating SOPs and knowledge base articles for recurring issues.

Required Skills

  • Should configure firewall, router working along with all networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, DHCP)
  • Proficiency in Active Directory (AD): user/group management, GPOs, and authentication.
  • Familiar with Windows and Linux environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and customer service orientation.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for desktop hardware/software, email issues, web applications, and network connectivity.
  • Co-operation and coordinate with OEM vendors.
