Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for an Immigration Consultant. The Immigration Consultant will be responsible for providing expert consultation on immigration issues, assisting clients with visa applications, offering legal advice pertaining to global immigration, and ensuring smooth and efficient processing of all immigration paperwork. The role also involves staying updated on immigration laws and policies, maintaining client records, and preparing necessary documentation.

Qualifications


• Prior experience handling PR Programs like Canada, Australia, New Zealand & UK.


• Excellent consultation and client assessment skills


• Strong communication skills


• Experience in the immigration or consulting industry is a plus

  • Proficiency in handling Immigration Issues and Visas
  • Extensive knowledge of Law, specifically related to immigration
  • Experience in Consulting and providing advisory services
  • Understanding of Global Immigration policies and procedures
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, International Relations, or related field; additional certifications in immigration law are a plus
