Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for a Visa Consultant. The Visa Consultant will be responsible for assisting international patients with immigration and visa matters, ensuring they have all necessary documentation for medical travel. Daily tasks include consulting with clients, providing expert advice on immigration issues, and coordinating with various stakeholders to streamline the visa application process. The Visa Consultant will also handle follow-up communications and provide ongoing support to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience for patients.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Immigration Issues and Visas
  • Strong Communication and Consulting skills
  • Experience in Immigration services
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
