Job Title: Zonal Marketing Head – Multi-Zone Leadership (Healthcare)

Employment Type: Full-Time | Field-Based Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement zone-specific marketing strategies to drive patient engagement and brand awareness.
  • Visit each center in your assigned zone once per month to ensure local visibility and campaign execution.
  • Coordinate with clinic managers and medical teams to align marketing efforts with service offerings.
  • Manage promotional activities, local events, and community outreach programs.
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics and ROI.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all touchpoints.

South Zone:

Madurai, Trichy, Tanjore, Sivakasi, Nagapattinam

Central Zone:

Salem, Harur, Attur, Namakkal, Dharmapurai, Tirupathur, Pennagaram, Hosur

Chennai Zone:

OMR, Tambaram, Vadapalani, Madipakkam, Urapakkam, Chengalpattu, Vellore, Kanchipuram, Tiruvallur, Tirupathi

Bangalore + Kerala Zone:

Electronic City, Konanakunte, T Dasarahalli, Hebbal

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate or MBA in Marketing or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, field marketing, or regional brand management.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across assigned zones.
  • Strong communication, planning, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations.
