We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our culinary team, with 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Assist the head chef in planning and preparing menus for special events and functions.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients.
  • Maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and equipment, ensuring minimal waste and optimal efficiency.
  • Develop and implement effective food safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and clients.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, menu planning, and food safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
