The Executive Chef will oversee all culinary operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen staff management. Responsibilities include creating new recipes, ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation, maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, and managing kitchen inventory. The Executive Chef will also work closely with management to meet financial objectives and customer satisfaction goals.QualificationsCulinary skills: Expertise in menu planning, recipe development, and food preparationManagement skills: Ability to lead kitchen staff, manage kitchen operations, and maintain inventoryFood safety and sanitation: Knowledge of health and safety regulations, and experience ensuring kitchen cleanlinessCommunication and teamwork: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work effectively with team members and managementExperience in managing budgets and financial planning is a plusFormal culinary training or certification is preferredStrong base of Continental CuisineSalary - 60K to 70K CTCApply - hr@meatbox.co.in
