Role & responsibilities
1. Sales Planning & Strategy
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Forecast sales and prepare sales strategies for monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments for growth.
2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify potential clients, generate leads, and close sales deals.
- Take systematic follow-up of leads and achieve maximum conversion ratio.
- Resolve client concerns promptly and ensure excellent customer deal closures.
3 Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Analyze competitor products, pricing, and strategies to gain market advantage.
4. Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Prepare regular sales reports and present performance insights to management.
- Track KPIs such as revenue growth, conversion rates, and customer retention.
5. Collaboration with Other Departments
- Coordinate with marketing, finance, and operations teams for smooth execution of sales closures.
- Provide feedback to operations teams to improve offerings based on customer feedback.
6. Negotiation & Closing
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients to finalize deals.
- Ensure deals are profitable while maintaining customer satisfaction.
7. Post-Sales Support
- Oversee after-sales service to strengthen client relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Address any escalations and ensure client satisfaction with the delivered solutions.
