SALES COORDINATOR, MARKETING

We are looking for Marketing Executive.

: Marketing Executive:
  • Experience: 4-8 years
  • Salary Range: 30-60k
  • Location: Gurgaon
Position Overview:

We are looking for a Marketing Executive who will be responsible for coordinating with agencies, managing bookings, maintaining records, and supporting the sales team with essential tasks. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Travel & Logistics Coordination:

    • Act as the primary contact for the travel agency handling flight, visa, and hotel bookings.
    • Ensure timely bookings and maintain records of all business travels.

  2. Exhibition Planning & Coordination:

    • Book exhibition slots and handle all related paperwork.
    • Maintain a yearly exhibition calendar and update it regularly.
    • Research international and domestic industrial exhibitions related to edible oil refinery, biodiesel, and oleochemicals.
    • Contact vendors and suppliers for exhibition setup and logistics.
    • Negotiate with vendors to get the best rates and approvals.

  3. Social Media & Digital Marketing Coordination:

    • Act as the direct point of contact for the digital marketing agency.
    • Provide the agency with required materials (images, videos, event details, etc.).
    • Check and review SEO performance and provide feedback.
    • Conduct quality checks on the website to ensure accuracy and alignment with company goals.

  4. Data Management & Reporting:

    • Maintain and update records of exhibitions, vendor details, travel history, and expenses.
    • Organize and store important documents in an efficient and accessible manner.
    • Prepare Excel reports and maintain structured databases.

  5. Sales Team Support & Coordination:

    • Assist the sales team in small tasks and learn about market trends.
    • Help in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
    • Send emails on behalf of the sales team when required.

  6. General Administrative Tasks:

    • Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination.
    • Maintain follow-ups on pending tasks and deadlines.
    • Ensure all approvals are taken before proceeding with bookings and payments.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
  • Few years of experience in marketing coordination, administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing basics, and social media platforms.
  • Multilingual skills (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
