Job Description Sales Coordinator (Female)

Position: Sales Coordinator

Functional Area: Sales

Location: Sector-8, IMT Manesar, Gurgaon

Experience: Minimum 13 Years

Salary Bracket: 25,000 K – 30,000K CTC per month

Reporting To: Sales Manager

Education: Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales team in day-to-day operations and coordination.
  • Prepare sales quotations, proposals, agreements, and related documents.
  • Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, CRM, and sales records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Logistics, Accounts, Admin) to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Follow up with clients for payments, order confirmations, and feedback.
  • Support in organizing sales campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Prepare and circulate daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
  • Ensure timely communication between clients and the sales team.
  • Provide after-sales support and customer relationship management.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email drafting.
