As a Business Operations Associate, you will be the driving force behind the smooth functioning and growth of our operations. This isn't a back-office role; it's a front-row seat to how a modern legal-consulting company builds, scales and creates impact. You'll work closely with leadership, clients and partners to ensure we're always ahead of the curve.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in the planning, execution and monitoring of day-to-day business operations across departments.
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement business strategies, operational policies and growth initiatives.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis and client mapping to support business development activities.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations and dashboards for performance tracking and decision-making.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, HR, IT, DM and business development) to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Support client onboarding processes, including documentation, follow-ups and ensuring service excellence.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements for better productivity and profitability.
  • Assist in financial tracking, budgeting and compliance-related operational activities.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and trust-building.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 0-1 years of experience in operations, consulting or business support roles (legal/consulting industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace and business productivity tools.
  • Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
