**Responsibilities**:
**1. Vendor Transactions**:

- Assist in managing financial transactions with truck vendors, including processing advances and payments.
- Support the tracking of accounts payable and receivable related to trucking services.

**2. Shipping Lines Transactions**:

- Contribute to handling financial transactions with shipping lines, including invoicing and assisting in payment collection.
- Participate in reconciling accounts related to container movements and shipping services.

**3. General Accounting Support**:

- Assist in day-to-day accounting activities, such as data entry, ledger maintenance, and basic bank reconciliations.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness in financial records.

**4. Financial Reporting Assistance**:

- Support in preparing financial reports, providing necessary data and information for analysis.
- Assist in basic budgeting and financial forecasting tasks.

**5. Compliance Support**:

- Learn and ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external audits.

**6. Cost Control Support**:

- Collaborate with the senior accountant to analyze financial data and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Participate in efforts to control expenses and optimize financial performance.

**7. Collaboration with Operations**:

- Work closely with the operations team to understand financial aspects of logistics operations.
- Provide support in financial analysis and reporting for decision-making.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting roles, preferably with exposure to the logistics or transportation industry.
- Basic knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Tally: 1 year (preferred)
