**About Us**

We’re now growing our core team and are looking for a results-driven **Finance & MIS Associate** to take charge of vital financial and reporting functions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, maintain, and present **MIS reports**, **cash flow statements**, and **monthly financial dashboards**:

- Build and update **financial models**, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decisions
- Assist in the preparation of **Balance Sheets**, **Profit & Loss (P&L)** statements, and **financial reconciliations**:

- Support end-to-end **accounting operations**, vouchers, and transaction documentation
- Collaborate on **management presentations** and insights-driven **PowerPoint reports** for internal and client use
- Streamline reporting workflows and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness

**Must-Have Skills**
- **Advanced MS Excel proficiency** (pivot tables, lookup functions, dynamic dashboards, logical formulas, etc.)
- Strong practical knowledge of **accounting principles** and **financial statements**:

- Exposure to **MIS frameworks**, reporting KPIs, and audit-readiness practices
- Hands-on experience with **MS PowerPoint** and **MS Word**:

- Ability to work independently with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset

**Qualifications**
- **B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance)** or equivalent
- Relevant experience in finance, MIS, or accounts preferred
