Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Associate to join our dynamic finance team. As a recent graduate with a background in finance, you will play a key role in supporting various finance functions, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, assisting with financial reporting, and maintaining financial records. This is a fantastic opportunity for fresh graduates to kickstart their career in finance.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and analysis.

Perform account reconciliations to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.

Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.

Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.

Monitor and track company expenditures to ensure compliance with internal controls.

Assist with processing invoices, payments, and other financial documentation.

Provide support during internal and external audits.

Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and account details.

Assist in the preparation of tax filings and related documentation.

Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary financial information for reporting and analysis.

Perform other finance-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance (BAF), Commerce (BCom), Banking and Insurance (BBI), or a similar field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and finance concepts.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.

Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights/weekends if necessary.

Preferred Skills (Optional):
Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) is an advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Personal Attributes:
Proactive, with a positive attitude toward learning and growth.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Adaptable and able to manage shifting priorities effectively.

**Must be comfortable with 2 shifts.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per year
