**Job Title: Finance Associate**
**Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai**

**Rotational Shift: 6:30 am to 2:30 pm & 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm**

**Responsibilities**:
PRF/FDA/SDA/CTM Processing:
Check and submit PRF/FDA/SDA/CTM to clients within specified timelines.
Finalize calls with Treasury ROE, pass booking entries, and promptly communicate booking details to the Treasury team.
Reject PRF/FDA/SDA/CTM submissions that do not meet required standards.
Payment Processing:
Prepare accurate payment vouchers.
Initiate payments to the Treasury team and agents directly for PRF/FDA/SDA/CTM/Direct Billing.
Bank Statement Reconciliation:
Regularly check bank statements for fund receipts.
Update fund receipts in Simply5 or relevant financial systems.
Performance Targets:
Ensure the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets set by the superior.
Region Query Handling:
Address and resolve queries related to cash management from different regions.
Management Collaboration:
Understand and fulfill management requirements promptly.
Coordinate with the superior to understand systems, client requirements, and adopt the system/work culture effectively.
PDA/FDA Processing:
Attend to and process PDA/FDA in a timely and accurate manner.
Client Communication:
Monitor client mailboxes/folders and handle communication promptly.
Continuous Improvement:
Proactively contribute to process improvements and efficiency enhancements.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Relevant experience in finance, cash management, Processing or related roles.
Familiarity with financial systems and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month
