**Job Title**: Legal Key Account Associate

**Timing**: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

**Location**: Nerul, Navi Mumbai

**What you’ll Do**:

- **Develop & Retain Client**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client requirement, client queries and resolve contract-related issues. Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for client acquisition.
- **Strategic Planning**: Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short
- and long-term business development plans.
- **Enhance efficiency**: Work with senior team members to identify and manage opportunities as well as risks in running client operations
- **Key Account Management**: Manage end to end operations for existing and new key account(s) and ensure client metrics achievement.
- **Client Relationship**: Handle both B2B and B2C client interactions, ensuring exceptional service delivery. Act as a dedicated point of contact to deliver exceptional service, address client concerns, and provide solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Client Representation and Negotiation**: Represent clients in meetings, negotiations, or court proceedings as needed. Advocate for client interests effectively, ensuring their goals and concerns are addressed.
- **Drafting**: Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and agreements

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) or sales related field.
- Must hold a valid Sanad/Bar Council License.
- Excellent legal research and analysis skills.
- Proven experience in client acquisition, sales, and pitching services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
- High typing speed with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Must own a laptop and be willing to work on-site in Navi Mumbai.
