Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Director/Head of Silicon Delivery, located in Bengaluru. The role involves overseeing silicon delivery projects, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality silicon solutions. The individual will be responsible for strategic planning, resource allocation, and maintaining partnerships with key stakeholders. Daily tasks include team leadership, project management, technical oversight, and collaborative engagement with both internal and external partners to drive project success.

Qualifications

  • Experience in silicon delivery, project management, and cross-functional team management
  • Strong knowledge of semiconductor technology, including design and manufacturing processes
  • Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery in the semiconductor industry
  • Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred
  • Experience in IoT and automotive industries is a plus
