
HR plus Operations Executive

Job Description:
We are hiring an HR + Operations Executive to manage order processing, daily coordination, and support in recruitment activities. This is a hybrid role, and only candidates from Gurgaon or those willing to shift to Gurgaon are eligible to apply. Female candidates will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day e-commerce order processing
Coordinate with internal team and external vendors
Maintain daily reports and operations tracking
Handle recruitment - job postings (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed etc), resume screening & interviews
Salary-10-12k per month
Requirements:
Graduation must be completed
Strong communication and coordination skills
Familiarity with job posting platforms and basic HR tasks
Basic understanding of e-commerce operations
Must be based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate
