Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused professionals to join our International Car Rental support/sales team. The role involves assisting global customers with reservations, modifications, and inquiries related to car rentals via calls, emails, or chat support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails from international customers.
  • Process car rental bookings, extensions, cancellations, and payments accurately.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries efficiently.
  • Upsell and cross-sell rental options or upgrades where applicable.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Meet performance targets (quality, accuracy, and productivity).
  • Work collaboratively with team members and follow company policies.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory).
  • Prior experience in international BPO, travel, or car rental process preferred.
  • Comfortable working in night shifts.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems).
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
