**Experience**:

- Min 3 years experience as car rental agent **GCC experience** preferred
- Must be sales oriented and achieve set target by meeting customers which includes B2B and retail customers.
- Update rental agreement files, notify customers of overdue rental vehicles and enquire on expected date of return and process rental extensions
- Rental agreement preparation, cost sheet preparation regular invoicing of rental charges, timely deposit cash to accounts, timely submission of invoices and follow up of payments
- Excellent follow up and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill

**Education**:

- Bachelor of commerce/marketing
- Ms Office

**Languages**:

- Communicate and write in English, Arabic plus Advantage
