We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Freelancer Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts for both IT and non-IT roles. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various positions across different industries. This is a flexible, freelance opportunity that requires strong networking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

* Source candidates for IT and non-IT roles through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

* Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.

* Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and role expectations.

* Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.

* Schedule interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.

* Negotiate offers and assist in the onboarding process.

* Stay updated with industry trends and recruitment best practices.

* Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in IT and non-IT domains.

* Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals, and social media sourcing techniques.

* Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

* Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work independently.

* Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
