Job description:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director (MD) in a multifaceted role that blends strategic business management, executive support, and departmental oversight. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor and operational anchor to the MD, while also leading the Administration department and supervising IT operations to ensure seamless organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Business Management

  • Act as a strategic partner to the MD in planning, decision-making, and execution of key initiatives
  • Prepare business reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and follow up on action items with relevant teams
  • Represent the MD in meetings when required and ensure timely communication of decisions

Secretarial & Executive Support

  • Manage the MD's calendar, travel arrangements, and correspondence
  • Organize high-level meetings, board sessions, and corporate events
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Draft and review documents, emails, and communications on behalf of the MD

Administration Oversight

  • Lead the Admin department to ensure smooth office operations, facility management, and vendor coordination
  • Implement and monitor administrative policies and procedures
  • Oversee procurement, asset management, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards

IT Supervision

  • Liaise with the IT department to ensure robust infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital tools
  • Monitor IT service delivery, system upgrades, and technology adoption
  • Support digital transformation initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in executive support, business operations, or administration
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
  • Understanding of IT systems and tools
  • Advance Excel is a plus
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
