Job Overview
As a Management Associate, you'll collaborate closely with our management team to oversee Cohort operations, from organizing sessions with top-tier Mentors to process optimisation.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Efficient Operations: Manage end-to-end learning programs for 100+
participants.
- Record Keeping & Moderation: Maintain participant records & moderate
Industry Level speaker sessions.
- Program Enhancement Ideation: Generate ideas for program quality
improvement and coordinate with Core Heads of Metvy.
- Prompt Participant Support: Address participant queries promptly.
Required Skills:
Leadership and team management skills.
Good communication skills
Effectual time and Project Management skills.
