Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Associate Manager - US Payroll and Benefits, located in Delhi, India. The Associate Manager will be responsible for the administration of payroll and benefits, including managing payroll operations, administering employee benefits, handling garnishments, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The role involves working closely with the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to maintain accurate employee records and supporting the overall human resources functions.
