Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Product Manager at Bachatt, based in Gurgaon. The Associate Product Manager will be responsible for defining product requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize features, and working closely with engineering to ensure timely product delivery. The role also involves user research to deeply understand customer needs, analyzing product performance to establish key metrics, and iterating product development based on feedback and data insights.

Qualifications

  • Product management skills including defining requirements, prioritization, and roadmap execution
  • Experience in user research, customer journey mapping, and identifying pain points for product improvement
  • Strong analytical skills in data interpretation, performance metrics tracking, and deriving actionable insights
  • Collaboration and communication skills for working with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams
  • Proven organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Prior experience in fintech or startups would be a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Engineering, or Computer Science
