Job Description: AutoCAMIN Research and Technology Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated and skilled Field Sales & Service Engineer to join our Sales & Service department. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting clients and promoting our range of CAD/CAM solutions, Cutting Tools etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify potential customers in manufacturing and automation sectors, generate leads, and convert them into sales to meet or exceed targets.
  • Present and demonstrate AutoCAMIN products (e.g., CAM software, CNC solutions) to clients, offering tailored technical solutions based on their production needs.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular visits, technical consultations, and responsive after-sales support to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to suggest product improvements and new opportunities to the internal team.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (technical, application, marketing) and maintain accurate records of field activities, leads, and customer interactions using CRM tools.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven experience with CNC machine tools.
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM software.
  • Knowledge on CNC programming is plus.
