Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Showroom Manager at MOTO ATLAS. The Showroom Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and enhance the overall customer experience. Responsibilities include managing sales activities, maintaining showroom aesthetics, training and supervising staff, and achieving sales targets. The Showroom Manager will also develop and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Experience
- Strong sales acumen and experience in managing showroom operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Passion for electric mobility and sustainable innovation is a plus
- Previous experience in the automotive or retail industry is an advantage
