Interior Design Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Design Manager to lead our team in crafting bespoke interior spaces and products.

About the Role
  • This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to transition into a leadership role, overseeing showroom operations, supply chain management, quality control, and logistics.
Main Responsibilities
  • Supply Chain & Vendor Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers, negotiate pricing and quality standards, ensure timely deliveries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Quality Control: Implement rigorous quality checks at vendor sites, guarantee products meet design, finish, and safety standards, and develop corrective action plans to address any quality concerns.
  • Showroom Operations: Manage daily showroom activities, including visual merchandising, stock levels, and customer experience, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Warehouse, Inventory & Logistics: Maintain accurate stock levels across all channels, oversee inbound and outbound logistics, and ensure timely and damage-free deliveries.
  • Order & Project Fulfilment: Coordinate B2C and B2B order processing, track custom furniture and design projects, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Team Management & Reporting: Lead warehouse, showroom, and dispatch teams in India, develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational efficiency, and prepare performance reports for senior management.
Requirements
  • Experience in supply chain management, quality control, or logistics.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
