We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Writing Specialist to join our team in Noida, Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience and be responsible for creating high-quality technical documentation that meets the needs of our clients.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, guides, and release notes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of technical documents.
  • Conduct research and interviews to gather information for documentation purposes.
  • Edit and review technical documents for clarity, grammar, and consistency.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for technical writing.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for technical documentation.

Job Requirements

  • Strong understanding of technical writing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and version control tools.
  • Experience with style guides and templates for technical writing.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
