Job Description:

This position plays a pivotal role in driving business growth through expert lead generation and proposal writing on prominent platforms. The ideal candidate will excel at crafting high-quality proposals, generating qualified leads, and developing strategic online engagement initiatives.

The successful professional will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and pursuing relevant opportunities on Upwork, with a focus on US-based clients. They will write and submit well-structured, customized proposals for projects in web/mobile development, CRM, and AI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively identify and pursue relevant opportunities on Upwork, prioritizing US-based clients.
  • Write and submit well-crafted proposals for projects in web/mobile development, CRM, and AI.
  • Take ownership of the bidding process from opportunity analysis to follow-ups and closure.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposals align with project scope, feasibility, and timelines.
  • Optimize profile visibility, job filtering, and conversion metrics across platforms.
  • Leverage AI-based tools to improve research efficiency, proposal quality, and automation.
  • Track performance metrics to refine bidding strategies and enhance success rates.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in lead generation and proposal writing on platforms like Upwork.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, including mobile apps, web platforms, CRM systems, and AI-based solutions.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to tailor proposals to client-specific needs.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools for research and writing optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with a proactive and responsible approach.
  • Exposure to Guru and Fiverr is considered a strong advantage.

Work Schedule:

  • Location: Sector 3, Noida.
  • Shift:
  • On-site: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM.
  • Remote: 8:00 PM onwards.
  • Total Working Hours: 8.5 hours/day.
  • Workdays: Monday to Friday (5 days).
