Job Title: Sr Performance Tester

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Performance Tester to assess and ensure the scalability, responsiveness, and stability of our applications under varying load conditions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with performance testing tools, scripting, and analysing system performance data.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design, develop, and execute performance test strategies and scripts

● Conduct load, stress, spike, endurance, and scalability testing

● Analyse test results and identify bottlenecks, performance issues, and opportunities for optimization

● Collaborate with development and QA teams to improve application performance

● Prepare and present detailed performance test reports and dashboards

● Automate performance test scenarios where applicable

● Monitor systems during tests and track metrics such as CPU, memory, and response times

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

● 5+ years of experience in performance testing (12+ overall experience)

● Proficient in tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar

● Understanding of HTTP/S, web services (REST/SOAP), and application architecture

● Knowledge of scripting languages is a plus

● Familiarity with CI/CD tools and integrating performance tests in pipelines is a plus
