Job Summary
Lubrall Industries Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a professional HR & Admin Manager to lead the full HR & Admin function across the organization. The role includes recruitment, payroll, compliance, performance management, training, culture-building, working on Sustenability and administration of factory & corporate office.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Production, QC, Accounts & Support teams
- Manage HR operations: HRMS, attendance, leave, payroll, employee records
- Handle statutory compliance: PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF, Bonus, Gratuity, labour laws
- Implement KRA/KPI system, performance reviews & appraisals
- Organize training, skill-development & safety programs
- Drive employee engagement, culture-building & grievance management
- Oversee admin operations: housekeeping, security, transport, canteen, PPE, vendor management
- Prepare HR dashboards, MIS, manpower planning & management reports
- Support senior management in policy development & HR strategy
Skills Required
- Strong HR & labour law knowledge
- Excellent communication & team management skills
- Good leadership, discipline & decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office & HRMS
Qualification
- MBA/PGDM in HR
- 5–10 years of HR & Admin experience (manufacturing preferred)
Salary
As per industry standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40, ₹55,000.00 per month
