Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and cook daily meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks as per family requirements).
- Create balanced and nutritious meal plans considering dietary preferences/restrictions.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen, utensils, and storage areas.
- Source and manage grocery supplies efficiently.
- Experiment with new recipes while respecting traditional preferences.
- Ensure food is prepared fresh, on time, and presented well.
- Manage food storage to avoid wastage.
- Follow safety and sanitation standards at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef, Cook, or in a similar culinary role.
- Strong knowledge of Indian and/or international cuisines (as per requirement).
- Understanding of nutrition and healthy cooking methods.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to family's taste and preferences.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and discreet.
