Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy
    machine vision systems
    for inspection and automation.
  • Integrate
    vision systems with robots and PLCs
    for precise automation workflows.
  • Conduct
    onsite visits
    to customer sites for installation, demos, and support.
  • Perform
    live demonstrations
    of machine vision and robotic integration solutions.
  • Prepare
    detailed demo and performance reports
    after customer trials.
  • Handle
    customer follow-ups
    to address feedback and ensure project success.
  • Execute
    commissioning of cameras, lighting, robots, and automation setups
    .
  • Troubleshoot and optimize system performance during onsite and in-house testing.
  • Collaborate closely with
    software, mechanical, and automation teams
    for system integration.

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of
    electrical wiring, sensors, control panels, and PLC interfaces
    .
  • Basic understanding of
    machine vision cameras
    (Hikrobot, Basler, Cognex, etc.).
  • Familiarity with
    OpenCV, Python, or C++
    for image processing is an advantage.
  • Exposure to
    Robot
    is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and customer interaction abilities.
  • Willingness to travel for onsite projects and demos.

Qualifications

  • Diploma
    or
    B.Tech / B.E.
    in
    Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field
    .
  • Freshers or Experienced
    candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Training and mentorship will be provided for fresher candidates.
