Job Title: Sales Executive

Reports to: Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth to meet or exceed targets. Your goal will be to identify new sales opportunities, present our products/services to potential clients, and close deals to contribute to the company's revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.

  2. Sales Calls and Meetings: Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations to potential clients to showcase our products/services.

  3. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.

  4. Sales Quotas: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.

  5. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our products/services, industry trends, and competitor activity to effectively communicate value to clients.

  6. Sales Reporting: Accurately track and report sales activities, progress, and results in CRM software.

  7. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer support) to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.

Requirements:

  1. 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry

  2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  4. Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly

  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
