Job Description: Sales Consultant (Automobile Industry) Position Summary: The Sales Consultant is responsible for promoting and selling new and pre-owned vehicles to customers while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting suitable vehicle options, and ensuring a smooth sales process from initial inquiry to final delivery. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in the showroom or via online/phone inquiries. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles, financing, and service options. Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives. Explain product features, specifications, warranties, and pricing details. Negotiate terms and close sales in line with dealership policies. Prepare and process all sales documentation accurately and efficiently. Maintain regular contact with existing and potential customers to build long-term relationships. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings. Coordinate with finance, service, and delivery departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Follow up after sales to ensure customer retention and referrals. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred). Proven experience 3 of years in automotive sales or a related customer-facing role. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Excellent product knowledge and enthusiasm for automobiles. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. Valid driver's license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,520.75 per month
