Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Sales Consultant. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying potential customers, conducting sales consultations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include engaging with prospects, understanding their needs, presenting suitable solutions, and maintaining positive client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Consulting and Consulting skills
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the education or tech industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Languages must known Tamil & English
