We are hiring for Regional Sales Manager (RSM) - IVD Medical Devices for UP location.

  • Role: Regional Sales Manager (RSM) - IVD Medical Devices
  • CTC: 10-15 Lacs (Depends on interview)
  • Team Size: 3-4
  • Job Location: Lucknow/Prayagraj/Varanasi
  • Coverage: U.P, Bihar, Jharkhand
  • Reporting to: NSM (National Sales Manager)
  • Working Days: 5 days a week
  • Interview Rounds: Two rounds (NSM + GM)
  • Candidate Preference: Local candidates from Uttar Pradesh are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage sales and marketing of Electrolyte Analyzers, Blood Gas Analyzers, and other Point-of-Care, Haematology IVD medical devices, Immunoassay ) CLIA na d Point of care ) in area of UP, Bihar , Jharkhand

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key account customers.

Managing distributors sales, service and stock

-Monitor and report customer-wise and distributor-wise secondary sales MIS

-Travel extensively days a month) to manage distribution networks and customer relationships

-Achieve sales targets of self and team member and expand market share in the designated region.

Product training to distributors, customers.
