Onboarding Executive/ Onboarding Trainee

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complete onboarding and joining formalities for new hires.
- Manage and verify employee documentation.
- Coordinate with IT and Admin teams for ID creation, system access, and workstation setup.
- Initiate and track background verification (BGV) processes.
- Maintain onboarding trackers and employee records.
- Support HR operations and engagement initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in HR or related field (MBA preferred).
- 04 years of experience in HR operations or onboarding.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and people-friendly approach.
