Vice President – Frappe / ERPNext Engineering
to join our
founding team
and lead the technical strategy, architecture, and execution of our ERP and automation stack.

This is a
core equity-based leadership role

Role Overview

As the
Vice President (Frappe / ERPNext Engineering)
, you'll take ownership of the
architecture, development, and evolution
of XenonLabs' ERP platform.

You'll lead the Frappe engineering team, design scalable multi-tenant systems, and drive technical innovation aligned with our AI-driven roadmap.

This is both a
strategic and hands-on leadership role
— you'll architect, mentor, and code alongside the team to bring our product vision to life.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Architect and scale ERP systems built on
  Frappe Framework
  and
  ERPNext
  .
• Define the
  technical roadmap
  and ensure system scalability, performance, and modularity.
• Build custom Frappe apps and services integrating with
  AI/ML APIs
  ,
  AWS
  , and automation tools.
• Lead and oversee
  multi-tenant deployments

  bench management

  DevOps automation
  .
• Ensure robust
  security, data integrity, and performance
  across environments.

Team Leadership

• Build and lead the
  engineering team
  — recruit, mentor, and inspire developers.
• Define development standards, best practices, and review processes.
• Collaborate with product, AI, and design teams to translate ideas into production-ready solutions.
• Foster an open, innovative, and fast-paced engineering culture.

Infrastructure & Operations

• Oversee
  deployment pipelines

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, including
  3+ years in Frappe / ERPNext leadership or architecture
