We are seeking an experienced Vice President to lead HRSS Transformations and Deliveries in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR Shared Services, recruitment operations, background verification, employee healthcare - benefits administration, onboarding, and HR transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead HRSS Transformations and Deliveries initiatives to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance HR Shared Services, recruitment operations, background verification, employee claims, benefits administration, and onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize HR transformation projects.
  • Manage and oversee the implementation of HR transformation projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, HR teams, and external vendors.
  • Provide thought leadership and guidance on HR Shared Services, recruitment operations, background verification, employee claims, benefits administration, and onboarding best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 16 years of experience in HR Shared Services handling recruitment operations, background verification, employee healthcare - benefits administration, onboarding, and HR transformation.
  • Proven track record of leading HR transformation projects and delivering results.
  • Strong understanding of HR Shared Services, recruitment operations, background verification, employee claims, benefits administration, and onboarding processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex HR issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational goals and objectives.
