Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Modular Wardrobe & Kitchen Specialist located in Mumbai. The specialist will be responsible for consulting with clients to understand their interior design needs, preparing tailored layouts, and providing expert advice on modular wardrobe and kitchen solutions. The role includes maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction, managing the sales process, and collaborating with architects and designers to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, including the ability to actively listen, empathize, and guide clients effectively.
  • Experience in Sales, with proven ability to meet targets and build strong customer and partner relationships.
  • Proficiency in using design tools or software (e.g., Paint) to prepare and present layouts customized to client requirements.
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette to engage professionally with clients and partners over calls.
  • Strong organizational and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with architects and interior designers.
  • Understanding of modular furniture, materials, and production processes is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.

A confident, detail-oriented professional passionate about interiors and modular design, with excellent communication and client-handling skills. The candidate should be proactive in learning product knowledge and comfortable dealing with high-end clientele and designers.

Skills & Experience

  • Knowledge of modular wardrobes/kitchens (materials, finishes, hardware).
  • Design familiarity (AutoCAD, SketchUp preferred).
  • Strong coordination, Excel, and presentation skills.
  • 2–5 years of experience
    in premium modular furniture or kitchen brands (e.g., Sleek, Häfele, Aristo, Livspace).
