*Job Title:* Reporting cum Monitoring Executive *Job Summary:* We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Reporting cum Monitoring Executive to monitor security guards' activities and ensure compliance with protocols. As a Reporting cum Monitoring Executive, you'll play a critical role in tracking security guards' performance, identifying issues, and generating reports to support informed decision-making. *Key Responsibilities:* - *Monitor Security Guards:* Track security guards' activities through screens and calls to ensure they're working efficiently and effectively. - *Checkpoint Scanning:* Verify that security guards are scanning checkpoints as per protocol and reporting any incidents or issues. - *Shift Reporting:* Generate reports on security guards' performance during their shift, highlighting any notable incidents or issues. - *Real-time Monitoring:* Monitor security guards' activities in real-time, identifying and escalating any issues or concerns to management. - *Data Analysis:* Analyze data from security guards' reports to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. - *Reporting:* Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting security guards' performance, incidents, and areas for improvement. *Requirements:* - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills - Excellent communication and reporting skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Familiarity with security protocols and procedures - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively - Basic computer skills and knowledge of reporting software *Preferred Qualifications:* - Experience in security monitoring or a related field - Knowledge of security systems and protocols - Excellent problem-solving skills *What We Offer:* - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company - Collaborative and supportive work environment If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical and communication skills, we'd love to hear from you Apply now to join our team as a Reporting cum Monitoring Executive.
